When I saw the "ANJELL" performance, my stupid lopsided grin was plastered all over my face AGAIN thruout the whole video! Will this addiction never stop?!!! When my Hyung-nim pops out, I was like "Ahhh Ahhhh Ahhhh"!!! When I saw the auntie spectator crowd using her bino for closeup view, I was thinking "I want that tooooo!" I am going crazy...yet despite knowing that, I still want to play the clip repeatedly for tonight! Hoooo Hoooo
Everyone looks sooo gooood there! Park looked sooooo pretty, Hongki looked and sound pretty cool there and Shinwoo, well shinwoo looks goregous pie (though a little awkward and only one not singing....).
The strange thing is apart from actual singing, I dont think they are actually playing the instruments either, save for Hong Ki who seemed to be the only one having the serious expression when playing the drumset. Everyone else seem to be play acting, esp shinwoo...haaaaa. So I assume the setup is just to match the YAB scene.
JGS is looking more and more polish and confident with each increasing performance and appearance. Canx wait to see his next performance, hopefully not in a period drama though because I dont quite get drawn in for those...
Incidentally, is it true that everyone in ANJELL except JGS won an award for YAB?

@tvaddict,I know ! YAB is not easily forgettable.I may 'hook up 'with other dramas but they r just one night stands compared to YAB:)
In Liar game ,Noaki is a pathetic Watson to Akiyama's Holmes and her justification for her continued participation in liar games when she hated them was weird for me .To save souls ! and Unicorns really exist :)..I get her heart, even the cynic in me knows she's right but if only she was pure and SMART ! like u said ,will it kill them to have an intelligent and kind hearted lead girl ? u have intrigued me with Akiyama's nemesis .Do let me know ur verdict once it finishes.If I m bored this weekend ,I might even marathon it ………
Smile You is a family centric weekend drama ,different target audience .This is my first ever family drama and I had forgotten how patriarchal families are ! (there are conservatives and conservatives ,if u know what I mean )..! but the leads used to be adorable,the girl was a spitfire & the guy was so beta male :)...I want to beat the crap out of a certain ajumma now ! u r right in giving it a miss ....The series unfortunately got extended due to high ratings and this has seriously affected the standard .I think I will finish this one, out of sheer cussed ness ;0
I have liked Guy Ritchie's previous movies – hes very effective & funny with shady brits ………Will be seeing Holmes knowing fully well its ironman in 19th ct .Robert Downey has suddenly become cool:) lol at manicured nails of na'vis :) didn't notice it..was trying to get it all,I guess ;0

though I loved YAB to bits ,I didn't like how it affected me,a strange but true confession :)...I like Artemis Foul .what got me reading was the blurb that said 14 yr old evil genius and wanted to know how much evil a 14 yr old could be !.But its ok ,not great but fun .I would be more interested in a grown up Artemis ;)

I started watching Will It Snow For Xmas this monday and has watched all 11 eps ,going to watch ep 12 .This is my first Melodrama(it deserves a capital M lol) like how smile you was my 1st family drama .I was sure I wouldn't watch a drama which would deliberately kill off cute guys for no reason but I did because of the haunting ...Haunting eyes of Go Soo ….rest of the cast are not too shabby in acting dept either ….story wise ,now ,abandon all logic if ur gonna watch this but at the same time I think its a decently scripted ,well acted drama .People cry 30 mints in the 60 mints drama but it doesn’t bother me (am surprised at myself :)because script piles tragedy on tragedy on the leads.They have to CRY…………actors portraying childhood version of leads in first 2 eps was what got me really hooked …..they are really good!!!....watch out for both of them...

oh,this is fun .I would have laughed and be terribly sarcastic & rude if somebody has narrated the plot of Will It Snow For Christmas to me a year back.Now,with a no of kdramas & jdramas under my belt, nothing disturbs me ,I dont even smirk .I have a reached a stage where I can take anything thrown at me (though I did draw the line at My Fair Lady with Yoon Eun Hye,that was just plain bad ).I guess its mixture of indifference at the same time the need to try different genres
Funny thing about WISFC is that its an actor driven drama though it may seem plot driven !.I mean I dont mean all the actors are mindblowing or anything ,its more like wherein actors chosen for the roles are really doing the best they have been given and they have grown to be their characters.I do feel that the lead girl ,though really pretty,is not as talented as her childhood counterpart .The kid was awesome ,she makes grown up's acting so-so.

5.commiting suicide for getting dumped
6.getting drunk in the middle of the day & passing out to get a business deal
7.vomiting when ur near ur one & only fated beloved because its against ur guilty conscience

ps-Go Soo is a new face to me and this is the first anything I have watched him in .If you want to see a real gentleman ,he is the guy.
@Nimy...HI..LA...RIOUS!!! putting the drama that way, I have a good mind to start watching it again. Actually I got to episode 7 and the list you mentioned is precisely the reason why I believe I stopped watching. Really crazy plot and I agree MELODRAMA in totality...all caps for me. that is why my previous comment was, "will get back to it in a month or two when I get into THAT mood."
Artemis Fowl would be formidable as an adult and I guess would be less interesting to the younger readers hence Eion Collins keep creating plots to keep him at his teenage years. there are talks that they would make it into a movie by 2011.
Speaking of movies, if you follow Percy and the Olympians series, the first, Lightning thief (movie)is out by February. something to look forward to if you are a Harry Potter movie fan since the theme is close to that but Greek myth scenario (augh, the last HP movie was horrible). although Percy is being played by an older actor, wishing they stuck to a real 12 y/o like when they casted Daniel Radcliff as Harry. that is why though half blood prince stunk (sorry) as a movie, it was still well attended since fans wanted to see how Daniel grew up playing the role.

About my house finishing, it is taking the longest time. both my kids and I are asthmatic so we can't move in yet till the dust settles. So I pack and unpack to look for books to read and found that I haven't read the latest Dresden, bought it around November '09, I think, and still wrapped in plastic...Turn Coat is a great read with Butcher's usual sarcastic humor that I enjoy immensely. I am sure you will love it too.
I just saw the pilot of Flash Forward and then my cable was moved back to my "New...old house," so no cable for the past month. Looking forward to watching the reruns then.

@elisa, WISFC is the drama that I braved watching....with much trepidation .I was scared I would be permanently scarred ! but I am not .At the risk of repeating myself ,I believe it’s the actors who have truly elevated this drama .Honestly ,I watch k-dramas to be entertained ,I have no higher ambitions to be enlightened .WISFC sneaked upon me and I am glad I overcame my reluctance for melodrama. But this could be the one for a long time ,I have no appetite to try another ..unless it has Go Soo in it .!..only 2 more eps to go …..I think I will miss Go Soo…Have u seen his glare (in ep 14)? Ohhhhh….I don’t regret it anymore :) elisa,u wont regret it ,Nimy 's word !(unless last 2 eps turn morbid to become the Worst Climax a drama could have !,sso far, so good )
This weekend I watched Conspiracy in the Court ,a historical k-drama that aired in 2007.( I had mentioned it elsewhere –long pending on my must watch list ) .Oh ,this the Rashomon / Benhur of K-dramas –has a fantastic ost ,very historical and not an easy watch ……I …Admire it rather than love /like it !
Also am enjoying watching Perfect Girl Evolution .Its silly but watch able, def low pdn but wth ,ITS FUN !!
Haven’t got past ep 30 of Smile You ,longest I have kept aside a drama I am watching ,I think I am exhausted …and haven’t touched Hi Sweetheart with Show Luo after ep 7 or 8 ,don’t remember .My love for an actor can only carry a drama this far ! the sheer one noteness of it got me finally .Oh ,Show Luo is great ,it’s the plot .I wouldn’t call it a plot ,of all the stupidity ..
I am not familiar with Percy and the Olympians ,thanks, I will check out for sure .See that’s why I like coming here .I am introduced to new writers & dramas that otherwise I may never bother with..Ur recommendation is good enough for me :)

Lee Minho’s new drama ‘PERSONAL TASTE’ premiering in March or April.That would be awesome !! Lee Minho was the best thing to come out of the mess that was Boys Before Flowers ,though I loved the drama the way only a mother could love her deranged son !!!!....I loved the madness ,the hype while it was airing .I think I would watch him in anything ,u know ,like he has a wild card from me :)

I prob will still give "Will It Snow For Xmas " a miss. I just finished a long marathon on the K drama "Terms of Endearment" I think it was 70ep long... its like i keep thinking how much more shit can befall on the lead actress man and more just pile on! Then I saw Nimy'spost that explains it all! haaa
I kinda like Terms of endearment because its rather relevant to real life and its not overly soap opera and it does have a proper plot that just to milk tears. Not sure if u ladies has seen it but it talks about the korea conservative society non acceptance of this girl who had lived with her bf for 2 years..and how her marraige suffered when the truth was leaked, etc... Its a cautionary tale to young girls that one has to bear responsibility of handing yourself to a man who may evetually may not marry u and what happens if u get knock up etc.. then there is her sister who had to deal with her husband cheating on her, and in revenge she did the same etc..All in all, I got pretty glued to it....

Yes I read that my cutie pie has rejected the role for petto project last week..damn...Yes yes yes yes I read the latest project by minho's personal taste too and excited (5 seconds after i was dejected by KHJ's casting rejection article ). I saw the casting for god of study too but i didnt see anyone interesting...hope the plot will be good though.
As for music, I have been so caught up with the K-pop craze that I have neglected by Jpop abit. Dont we all wish we have 48hrs in a day sometime doing teh things we love? arrrrrhhh, let me know if u girls spot any other good tracks, english korean whatever, sometimes so many things are floating ard that its impossible to track it all!
