Innocent Love 06 Episode Summary

As Kyo's life indicator continue to spiral downwards, Jun and Kano rushed into the room. Seeing the situation, Jun told Kano to call for the ambulance and her doctor. At the hospital, the doctor told Jun that it is critical moments between today and tomorrow - if Kyo can pull thru given that all her organs are failing... Jun was stunned. Meanwhile, the reporter called Kano and informed her that the brother has surrendered himself to the cops and asked her what happened, to which she replied she has no idea but flashes of her brother's killing confession came back to her.

Inside the hospital,a slightly disturbed Kano wanted to pass Jun breakfast but dazed Jun ignored her and walked on. He somehow zombied back to the church and both ugly girl plus priest was there to hear the news of Kyo failing... He confessed that he no longer believed in god. He didnt understand why god would take away both his parents, and now Kyo. He had cursed at god countless times, and felt people like him would probably go to hell... The priest told him god will forgive all sins and to pray for Kyo together. However, Jun chosed to walked away silently instead. The priest reminded him "There is only one sin god would not forgive, and its sucide." Jun turned to reply listlessly he understood.

Kano continued to tru reaching Jun but to no avail. Subaru asked Kano if she managed to reach Jun since he last left without a word, but she said no. He confided that its understandable since he has never left Kyo and, Jun never wanted to see Kyo leave this world in his lifetime. With that Kano told Subaru to watch over Kyo as she needed to retrieve something. Meanwhile Jun aimlessly wandered to the building rooftop by himself.

At home, Kano tried calling Jun mobile again. A still dazed Jun finally picked up the phone but not saying a word. Kano told him to please stay by Kyo's side. If he would stand by her, she would recover. Kano added if she is Kyo, she would understand her feelings, that Kyo would never want to left him behind and that Kyo would open her eyes again to see his face, his smile, and to laugh with him once again. So please stay by her side. Jun hung up the phone without a word.

At the ward, Subaru asked if Kyo has finally decided to let go and she is definitely a bad woman. He recalled a scene from the past when Kyo visited him at his studio, the night before her wedding..He congratulated her on her upcoming wedding but she replied what;s there to congratulate? Instead Jun's love is like a heavy burden and she doesnt deserve so much love from him, and as she turned to ask that he knew as well didnt he? Subaru turned away and Kyo walked towards him with a certain love look in her eyes as she rest her hands on his shoulder... Just as Subaru said his goodbye to Kyo, Kano returned. Awkwardly, he asked if she managed to reach Jun and kano acknowledged without adding more. Instead she walked towards Kyo and played the musical box that Jun had given her, telling Kyo that Jun is with her. Subaru walked away silently.

Throughout the night, Kano persistently played the musical piano box and Jun has yet to return. Suddenly the life indicator alert went off to a surprised Kano. As Jun strolled back to the hospital, he heard the familiar musical box and he headed back to Kyo's ward. There was Kano, patiently rewinding the musical box playing for Kyo. Both were equally to surprise to see each other. A surprised Jun saw Kyo had opened her eyes again and the life indicator had returned to normal. A relieved Jun started to sob as he hugged a motionless lying Kyo.

The next morning, Jun and Kano returned home with Kyo. As Jun laid Kyo down, he smelled a lingering scent and told Kano it smell nice. Kano smiled replying that it is the scent of Kyo's fav flower. Jun was touched.

Jun started to moved out boxes from the room next to the master room, to prepare the room for Kano to stay. She told him that she would help to turn Kyo tonight and he ought to get some rest. He thanked her but told her it was fine and he would do it himself. However night came and an exhausted Jun slept through the alarm. Kano was awakened by the sound, and she went into the master room to turn Kyo over instead while Jun slept on by the bedside.

The next morning, Jun started to play "Over the Rainbow" to Kyo. Jun told Kano thanks and that without her help, he and Kyo would be lost. He went on to enquire if Kano's brother had been in touch with her.

In prison, the warden asked why the sister hasnt been to see her. He confided that she would never return as he had confessed to murdering their parents. He mockingly asked the police didnt he think so as well, that he is guilty? The police asked if it was so, why did he keep
it a secret till now? "For my sister. She never trusted anyone. She would feel alone if she knew the truth and that was how he thought before. But now he no longer need to worry...." was kano's brother reply.

Back at Jun's place, Kano was playing the piano and she apologised to a returning Jun for touching his piano without permission. She explained that she was doing it for Kyo. She figured that hearing the piano being played, Kyo wont feel lonely when Jun is not around. However she said she is bad which Jun told her she is not and only need more practice. So Jun started to guide her at the piano and Kano was a little taken back by the close proximity between them.

In her mind, Kano started to talk to her brother. She said everyday with Jun was like in the sun, filled with warmth. All the fears is melted away and she is happy... So long as she doesnt rem incidents of that fateful night.... yet that night, Kano had a nightmare again. A concerned Jun told her she can confide her dreams to her.

She said there is a person in her dream, a huge silhouette wants to climb into her bed. Jun comforted her its ok that he is here now and he would chased that person away. He invited her to play memory card game instead. While playing, Kano found a card with Jun;s name and he explained Kyo had written it there as his portrait. Meanwhile in the room, Kyo moved her head.


At work, the bar employees were joking that its nice to see both of them coming in and leaving together and if they are a couple. A surprised Jun and Kano didnt know how to reply.

Just then, the prison warden called Kano that her brother would not be released so soon due to the new charges during his parole. However if the victim party is willing to compromise, but that requires money. He said the lawyer would inform her details but he thought he should inform her. The police paused and decided to end the conversation. Just then, Kano asked how is her brother. A relieved Police just repeatedly told her to come visit him. Jun overheard.

Afterwork, Jun got Kano a drink and they both sat down to chat. Jun asked Kano didnt she want to visit her brother? No matter what happened, he is still her sibling isnt it? Jun volunteered financial assistance if that could help the brother be released earlier. A shocked Kano rejected the idea but Jun explained that Kano had help with Kyo all these while, so it is just advance payment. Kano shyly asked why is Jun being so nice - to help her brother. "because he is your brother." Jun smilingly replied.

Back at home, just as Kano returned to her room, Jun watched her and smiled to himself. The next morning, Jun saw sandwiches and a note that Kano had gone to see her brother, and will return by nitefall. Unknown to Jun, Kyo lips started to move.

In the prison. Kano brother said it must be tough for her to be there. Kano told him yo tell her the truth. Didnt you rem everything? Kano said she only rem him holding a knife and nothing before that. She asked if it was really him. He firmly replied yes. Kano questioned why? Didnt you rem how i shut myself at home after i stop school and dad was frustrated at me. I am fed up with his nagging so I killed him. But why mum Kano asked. Mum tried to shield and protect dad. "I'm sorry Kano. I am not a good brothjer as you make me to be. Forget me. Pretend that I no longer exist in this world. And that person (Jun) seemed nice...(mumbled to himself that a gf that is comatose in bed when Kano said he is attached) I only hope for you to be happy. However, be careful of that reporter. He is manipulative and only using you. "

When leaving the prison, the reporter saw Kano and approached her. She tried to avoid him but she brushed him off that there is nothing more to say as the brother has confess to the assault, and she apologised again. However, the reporter surprised her saying that he never intended to bring charges but more imptly, why did the brother want to attack him and if he was trying to cover some hidden truth.Kano couldnt replied and excused herself. As Kano walked off, reporter told her its pointless to walk away as the truth will be revealed one day. One couldnt hide the truth forever and facts will see the light one day, so there wasnt a point to hide. Kano continued to walk off.

On the streets by herself, she started to question herself over what the reporter and brother had said, and started to have headaches. By night when she didnt return, Jun gotten antsy and worried. He tried to calm himself playing piano but failed. Instead, he went out into the streets hoping to find her.

At the park, he saw an advancing Kano with a bunch of lilies and was utterly relieved. A surprised Kano apologised for her late return. She further explained seeing the lilies at the bustop and couldnt resist getting them.



Jun smiled and said no matter what, it was just good that she is back and reach to hold her arms. Kano experienced a flashback and fainted.

Back at home. Jun said he was worried she didnt return after so long and thought she was never coming back or that she got robbed. Sometimes he was afraid, that when he was caring for Kyo, that her heart will stop if he was careless. And that he was equally worried of the same degree about Kano earlier, and that she would never awake after she fainted. It looked like he couldnt live without her now.

"Please stop. I am not worthy of your kind doing." Kano told Jun. He said it is not true, but Kano added "It is true which is why everyone in my family start to leave me."

"I will not leave you. Didnt i tell you before?" Jun smiled and said. As he gave her a cup of water, their hands touched and they stared into each other, with a budding emotion. Just then the alarm in the room rang and Jun volunteered to go take care of Kyo. Surprised at Jun stopping in the middle of his tracks, Kano went to the room and asked what happened. To both their surprise, Kyo was awake and sat up, calling Jun.

A completely overwhelmed Jun slowly ambled towards Kyo and started to hug her, and sobbed while Kano looked on at the change....

Afterthoughts

I still cannot believe Kano would not want to know who is the man who scares her to death in her dream. I would find the dream nagging thought.... I guess she hasnt linked it up yet.

And the scene when Jun was suppose to walk around aimlessly in shock about Kyo pissibly dying...I thought he looked so funny esp in the church. So he walked to the church to tell the priest he no longer believed in god and then ambled out again? Huh?!!

Did anyone see ugly girl's face in that scene. When the priest said let's pray for Kyo, she must be rejoicing inside thinking about the priest "Are you crazy?!! Pray for her recover??? More like Hurry up and die already so i can have Jun!!" I can almost see it on her face! Haaa haaaa I cannot wait to gloat at ugly girl when she realised that Jun is falling for Kano!! Haaa haaa.
