Summary
Rewind back to the starting, after the kiss, TK himself was shocked. He barely recovered and went "ha..Ha..HA!" , gave a feeble excuse and half stumbled off. TK still couldnt fathom why he did that, excusing that he was too angry. He even almost tripped (his legs went jelly!!)while telling himself that! (Sooo funny!!!) MN continued to set off happy fireworks in her head .... wondering why TK did that.
Fake fairy appeared. She asked TK (with MN at the back unknown to TK) what if MN falls for him. TK said MN wont (as he still thinks she likes shinwoo). Fake fairy asked what if everything he did for MN means anything. He said no and got mad at fake fairy and stormed off. MN overheard and went sobbing alone...
At home, MN wanted to tell TK not to worry about the kiss. Instead she had a typo and wrote something like "Hyung min, you are great." She panicked and secretly went to TK room wanting to delete the message. However as she was trying the pin code, TK told her its 4820 and only then she realised she was caught. TK even went on to repeat her "text message" and MN tried to explain her mistake....TK told her she will have a bruise on her head and took her down to apply the medication. Before he could warn her in time not to get into her eyes, MN already stung her eyes and started to panick. Tk had to drag her to wash her eyes and held her hands walking her back to her room. Mn assumed TK must be upset now but TK told her he is not and smiling now. (I wasnt sure if he was mumbling to himself but he also said something like he was annoyed initially - refering to when MN first entered his life but not now)
Tk's mum also told Mn's aunt she owe the twins a debt, and that their mum had died because of her.
At the band photoshoot with fake fairy, she learnt from the blabbermouth makeup artist about MN liking Shinwoo, hence fake fairy hatched a plan. She pretended to sympathise with MN having to conceal her female identity from shinwoo. Hence she encourage the makeup artist to dress MN as a girl with her clothes to show/ bedazzle shinwoo. Since it was pouring and the photoshoot got interrupted, the makeup artists dragged MN to the greenhouse and dressed MN into a victorian style lady and called shinwoo over. Fake fairy dragged TK out to walk and pretended to be interested in greenhouse and barged in, "unintentionally" bumping into shinwoo and a woman MN. TK was furious and told MN the look was unsuitable on her and stormed off. Shinwoo also reveal to MN that he knew about her liking of TK....He asked if she wants TK to know since TK is still unware. MN said no as she doesnt want her feelings to be a bother to TK (as he had told her in the piano room in last ep) and told her to stop crying over TK and then walked out in the rain alone.
Fake fairy turned back and confronted MN to head back to the convent and never to like TK! Just then the nosy reporter barged in and fake fairy helped MN escape. Mn ran to the her church/ orphanage which is nearby and seek comfort in her mother superior.

Meanwhile, the MN manager was sorting thru the photoshoots from the MN. TK was still fuming ove the scene where he admitted he was shock to see Mn but was more angry about who was next to her. he confessed he lost because he got upset.
The manager saw the pig nose action from MN in the photo and commented why is the action there.. TK was there seeing the manager did the same pig nose action and demanded to know from the maanger what that was all about. The manager said it was a technique he "taught" MN, to do the pig nose whenever she sees the person she likes. The manager said he assumed it must be shinwoo on the other end of the shoot (the photo was only of MN looking off at a distance)
TK suspected something was amiss and search thru the pile of pixs. The one with shinwoo doesnt match the same scene as the one with MN making the pig nose. He searched thru somemore and He finally realise the person MN was looking at was at HIM!!!! The manager then added TK should be nicer to MN since despite the hairclip was damaged, she was still clinging on to it. With that TK got up and emptied the contents out of MN's bag. He finally found the hairclip which he had thrown away at the auditorium!!!!
He drove all the way to the orphanage/ church and spotted MN crying alone. He shone the car lights at her and asked if she was always looking so clearly at him now... and if she was always crying alone in the dark whenever she cannot see him. MN said she wont do that anymore and told him not to bother with the matter. Tk said he can see her very clearly now but he couldnt see her previously so he didnt know. Tk continued to reveal his inner feelings that and to keep looking at him. He declared she cannot just stop on her own accord and demanded she continue to gaze at him, just like now, to keep on gazing at him.
TK couldnt hold it in anymore and (with a little difficulty?) declared loudly to a shocked MN
"Go Min Nam, I permit you to continue to like me in future!"

I am soooooo elated!! The ending is fantastic!!

The last words...it's just so like Tae Kyung's character, taking control of everything, even about love ^^ I'm so happy that its finally reach this stage where tae kyung realized that he's minam's star. just hope that the revelation of minam's father won't ruin it.

I know i know! isnt it wonderful that TK finally know he is the star. I like how the producer did the "role reversal by having TK shoe the car light and letting MN be in the spotlight for a chance.
It's symbolic but not cliche, bringing climax to the whole last few mins and fully portraying's TK's new found feelings. Well DONE!
I love to see how their relationship developed! i actually wrote more under afterthought but everything was erased by blogger website...even though it published but when I logged on again..they vanished....i was sooo angry!!
I didnt like how blabbermouth artist told fake fairy so many things which are none of her biz. Such a gossiper but thanks to her and fake fairy's nasty ploy, they actually ended up getting TK to discover MN's feelings, and his own!!!! I am filled with happiness at how "evil scheme" turns out to be blessing:) I am honestly getting tired of everyone being manipulated by fake fairy, esp poor naive MN, so now the truth is out...NEW development!!! Phase 2!!!
Now I am curious why did MN's mum died because of TK's mum. If that is the truth, isnt it more conflicting for MN's feelings?
Maybe it's a happy ending today, so I find the wait till next week less angonising because I can fantastise about all the good things...haaa

I too loved My Lovely Samsoon but I saw it much later ,after the airing ,but still hyped ...talk about love & conflict between a alpha female and a budding alpha male...Loved it :)
You are right, Shinowoo is the only one who knew how everybody felt and look, where that got him? ,I know he was initially shielding Minam to see what was going on , watching from the sidelines taking in all the fun and when he fell in love ,I think ,may be, he was waiting for Minam to fall in love with him on her own accord , she did ,only with TK..While TK stormed ,SW is just like a gentle breeze ,what would u notice ?
I also think the lack of real female friendships/company for idols /boy bands may be the reason why all guys have fallen for Minam (not that I don’t think MN doesn’t deserve them,she does, ,shes too adorable :)..I mean they don’t see any girls of their age other than screaming fans or other self absorbed idols like them(case in point UEE) ...just a thought...
My soul siztah’, ..Pheww,I am not alone ..I totally agree about TK’s( JGS ‘s) smile .Thought I would be considered Odd for not swooning when JGS smiles ,I think he looks much cooler with his smirks/scowls/sneers..a jealous and angry TK over cherubic smiling JGS any day ..( Must. Not .Confuse .the actor & the character!) ..but when he smiles (which caused the first heart thump in MN) ,he looked 8..9..max 12..Man, that was weird !!....for me
But I thoroughly enjoy his hairstyles(one eyed Snape goth mix, Elvis ,double ponies),get ups .I love his ‘this is me ,take it or leave it’ style statement..TK is a total Diva ,with the tantrums and wardrobe to match ,oozing talent and charisma .His awesomeness is in his acting & personality& intelligence more than his (JGS)face

That must have been one hell of a punch drunk kiss to cause disorientation(revolving door) ,hallucinations(fireworks!!..),temporary speech impediment (ha..ha..ha ..Go Minam,u ..r funny !!!..........No ,Taekyung , u were funny :0 .. Imagine what a real makeout would do to her...she would totally pass out :)I thought there would be even more funnier moments after the kiss…but they played it too casual (but the sms and jumping to hide under the bed was hilarious :)
Looking at Taekyung after kiss, how the mighty has fallen!!...fumbling, dazed, and confused – What is Go Minam to him ? and why is she not (apparently) affected by his kiss,not that he cares but still????..the quack doctor resorts to visual analysis of the problem at hand!!!! if only set theory was done right:)...nimy seperated by blogger yet again

Shinwoo’s anger at Minam for ditching him & his “I am a fool” singing was the most animated I have seen him in this series !still No complaints ,love the boy :)
F4 (actually F3 + 1 ) looked nice in the photo shoot with UEE and all…. angry petty little girls are really vindictive , aren’t they? made them carry her stuff ,all the while plotting for the next blow up ..but shes no match for our TK (check out the ‘off with the head ‘action by TK and his Lol reply to her of them being in a movie ‘yes,horror movie’ )
The green house was totally a fairy tale sequence, fulfilling every tween girl’s fantasy :Gorgeous cloths( I love her dress, not the hair style !), picturesque setting ,the white knight who loves u and the dark knight (even though he was wearing white )whom u adore .. Did u see how Shinwoo looked at her in that dress ?(hint of a very very faint smile,very nicely done ,Mr Jung ! )
I am ok with the reporter actually..paparazzi was never this shrewd or bald ;) UEE is desperately trying all the weapons in her arsenal to hold on to a guy that was never hers in the first place...I am sure she has one or two left in her stock yet, she gonna need therapy in long run ...Manager helps, stylist fails, yet again!!!
TK stalking off from seeing MN in a pretty dress with Shinwoo in what seems to be an intimate moment ..grapples for that elusive answer to his anger(since the kiss...manager talks, the penny drops ..how he leaves the lights full on to see her properly, understanding the layered connection of this scene with the ‘can I like the star? ‘scene ,we shouldn’t forget he’s night blind and needs bright light to see clearly and he does want to SEE her this time ,everytime...he may be late in catching on ,but once he does ,there’s no ambiguity ,no confusion....I have a small confusion with the last line : I will give you permission to like me
(1) Ok,you finally know she loves you and u r okay with it . we get it
(2) we know u love her ,but have u admitted this to urself ?
(3) does she know it even after u r flamboyant declaration ?( still the arrogant SOB ,isn’t he?)

I have to say I was ready to scream, expecting a big finish in TKs lines, he was starting really well with the, leaving the car lights focused on her..."I can see you clearly...etc" and then he says "Its okay to like me!" I was "WHAT?!" Confused, did viikii translate it right? Since I already openned the TVAD blog went to the end of your review and was so surprised that the transalation from viikii was the same. Like Nimy, I was half jumping off any high place and really needing my dose of CUTENESS like in episodes 9,10 and 11! Did my own version of TK's pouts. AAARGH!
WHY?!!! how can TK be so arrogant?
Okay...okay, deep breathes...the romantic in me prefer always, a man declares his feeling "directly". Why do you think women loved Last of the Mohicans? Daniel Day Lewis in the waterfall scene uttered "Just stay alive...no matter or wherever you are I will find you...just live" NO outright confessions of love but desperation in the lines tells you how much love is there.
With "Gerry Maguirre"...he said "Hello, I want to talk to my WIFE!" possessive, sure, committal...few essentials in love (althought not too possessive as in controlled over, considered a property but more of feelings of being valued upon, cared for, protected, right?)
so back to TKs lines...it failed me. BUT then again the psychologist it me, remembered that this is a man who grew up desperate for love, abandoned by and still being rejected by the first person who can and supposed to teach him to love, his mother(its a surprise that TK didn't turn out to be a serial killer, oops) He is still hesitant to declare any feelings because he is new to this. He just knows that he wants to hang on to GMN and to keep her around...tells her thats its okay for her to like him so he will not run away again. OKAY! Now I can scream and jump around. hahahahahaha. (too delayed to enjoy it now...will just watch it again with a new perspective)
Finally, Shinwoo not getting the Jihoo experience (love KHJ but didn't really like the character he played in BBF...hey did you know that he is to star on a remake from a Japanese drama about a guy who acts like a Pet dog?). Showing some emotion on being stood up and then pacifing after seeing distraught GMN. Love this guy's acting.
JEREMY!!! he is so adorable, just want his old hairstyle back. Nimy i will disagree with you with this one but I think among the three of them, Jeremy would probably recover the best and the fastest because unlike the two I feel that his "love" for GMN is truly unconditional and playful. Like falling in love with your bestfriend, hoping someday he or she will like you but life doesn't end there so you date around and see what's out in the world? ANd if your bestfriend does wake up and finally see you...then enjoy life together forever and ever. Confusing? hehehehe sorry.

@ elisa, I think I mentioned that Jeremy may take some time ...to figure out Taekyung & Minam are in a *ahemm relationship* from next ep onwards ...,not get over Minam ....seeing how he never realised on his own accord that Minam is a girl.....Not the brightest bulb in the box,our Jeremy :).That said ,I think what u said is correct ,he will get over it soon enough!!! ,where as Shinwoo may need 'A special girl' to make his heart beat again ..

Abt Shinwoo:
While reasonable for him to b upset with MN for "forgetting about him" after her kiss with TK but I dnt think he deserve sympathy. Initially, his feigning ignorance was of good intentions, protect MN and the Band's interest. However, to fake ignorance after the "gender reveal", it was his own fault for slipping the chance. I mean, MN was def in a state of guilt 4 deceiving him, and instead of reducing her guilt, he "abused" her trust and exploit her guilt as a "leverage" against her instead. It was a little too manipulative for my liking. I mean, liking someone is sooo direct and simple. Why go thru all the hoops and loops and veils, just because he wants to romantise the whole "revelation" moment, just to show MN how "princely" he is, that he knew everything from the start and help protected her secret all along. I think its a little too conniving...He wanted something grand but because it didnt work out the way it did, he got upset. To me, he simply "asked for it" when he saw MN sobbing tears for TK. What did he expect? Mn to run into his arms? Ahhh I think that is why I like MN better than Jandi in BOF. MN is more "independent" not to rely on shinwoo but swallow her own bitter tears herself..more realistic....
Shinwoo's character looks so cute and innocent that we dont think the worse. Put another less "angelic" actor , I bet you we will prob all feel differently hehe hehe..
As for him getting over MN, reckon shinwoo will get over it fast. he knew he never stood a chance. all along, he was trying to win against all odds, and not because he believe he will win her. I think why he was so angry was coz he is nothing in her heart/mind. Hence I doubt he will pine over her for long. For example, It's just like if i know I will/ am going to fail my test for sure and I do fail, I get over it faster than if I think I may pass...(haaa weird analogy I know)
Shinwoo is certainly "die hard romantic" but not wimpy senseless fool...but that's just my view:)
Abt TK:
Yeah, it took me a while to reconcile what he said at the end to MN. I had to ask my friend "are u sure? Are u sure? Why on earth wuld he say that?!!" (My friend ask me if he is the korean or i am..sheepish grin)
elisa u are right, TK is new to this and he didnt know how to handle this new "love" shining in his way, not to mention he realise it was harbored all these months ..
Then as well, he is haughty before MN came into his life. He is the sort who hates to look bad or weak. He cannot change over a few months but TK is softening like a wobbling pudding due to MN...I suppose his nature being naturally prideful and non-sociable, will not allow him to confess his love directly nor say sorry abt how he had been "blind" and hurtful.
So I suppose TK's line for me is acceptable since TK thought by "granting" MN's love as his "hyung-nim", equates to his way of conceding to MN in a manner he know how without making himself looks "bad"/ desperate/ crazy/ lose face. Plus he was an unwanted kid, he would never say anything that will risk getting him rejected emotionally I suppose...no thanks to his warp mum saying those things on his bday.
If TK was to lose MN, I think he will be the one to take it the hardest and may never recover from it internally... the stronger one tries to look on the outside, are often the more insecure and weakest on the inside...suffering from most severe damage...

Abt Jeremy,
I will adore him to bits if I have a brother like that. Naturally jovial, jolly and selfless.... His love is pure and unconditional...I think he prob can accept MN with TK together better than if MN is with shinwoo?
As for fake fairy, I love those parts where she switch from evil to "sweet national princess"..gives me stitches to see her flip flop. To think jeremy was so smitten with her at the start, and now his "oh no why me" face at her when FF asked him to hold her dress train..
What I cannot reconcile is why she keeps sabotaging MN, and yet make absolutely no effort to win TK over. I get it she toys MN out of spite and jealousy, but she is doing nothing to correct TK's view of her and personality, so how dos she expect with win TK's love? Even with MN gone, it does not mean TK will even stay with her anymore sine there is no more reason to. She just digs her grave deeper each time she play a trick on MN....poor woman...
My goodness, after a week, I still have so muh to say?!!!! ahhhh

“Plus he was an unwanted kid, he would never say anything that will risk getting him rejected emotionally I suppose” You are Spot On , couldn’t have said it better!…..Taekyung's declaration is so in Character but since we usually have a ring side view of TK’s thought process [(I always think he thinks aloud just for us :))which we were not privy to between the his realization & coming to the convent ] , I cannot but still wonder how much he has admitted to.... himself..... how far he has fallen for Minam................am sure ep 13 will vanquish these unfaithful comments (Bad Nimy!)about TK ‘s heart:)
A less angelic looking actor may look manipulative /conniving to me (tvaddict,I swear it has nothing to do with the looks:)),but I just feel that Shinwoo is just not impulsive enough in Life to grab the right moments & is a bit prone to grand gestures( a slight Prince Complex like u said ??).......but as proved , his style doesn't guarantee the girl :)!!...But I still cannot attribute any deviousness to him...A better actor than Jung Yong Hwa might have portrayed this(especially the inner turmoil) convincingly …..I think he is suffering from ‘Daddy long legs ‘ syndrome ( a book I truly hated as a kid and am ashamed to admit to having read :)) ...…… I think Shinwoo's anger was just a normal reaction (for a guy) at having been stood up ....which quickly changed once he saw her tears....I agree he cannot (that's just stupid) expect Minam to be in love with him just because he makes the Grand Revelation when he knows she's already in love with TK.....but still cant blame the guy for trying!!! ...I like that he's not spineless and is competitive. ..and also like u said he will not cling on to Minam once he sees how much they are in love & that he was never in the running ...but it 's my wish that (in private) he wouldn't get over his love for Minami so quickly .....feels whatever he's done so far so meaningless then .......
Ok ,Dude ,I have defended u the best I can ,now Don’t Go Bad on me in the last 4 eps ...if he does, dear tvaddict , you have every right to rag me ’I told u so’:)
