I dont normally do tabloid but hey, that Lilo is finally being sentenced to Jail time.
She has been a trainwreaked for the longest time with no self awareness. When I saw this video (watch)clip of her incredulous expression of hers and audible "WHAT!" in court after the sentencing, it only goes to reconfirm what many had suspected, she has no idea of the severity of her actions and that she still believed she could have gone off scot free with her downward spiraling actions.
The min she uttered "what!" and broke down, it only shows that she had never truly repented or gave any serious thoughts of her action. I think someone who had been more in sync with the general notion would have been more sombre and accepting of the sentencing than that sobbing - protraying her denial state and out of touch with reality.
She thinks people are out to get her but she never reflected on her own actions. Why else is she always in partying scene and all. She said attending parties is part of her job but when you have a scram on u, I think no one would blame u if u choose to opt out in such critical moments. Plus are partying in clubs and yachts really advisable? It's hard not to form an adverse opinion when there are tons of more successful actress/ actors in Hollywood who are not constantly being shot for (negative) press, because they dont put themselves in questionable situation that serves the tabloid hounding. Natalie Portman for one, and Dakota Fanning another or Taylor swift serve to be better examples of what constitues a professional artist and not a celeb media whore for all the wrong reasons.
And honestly, why on earth is she on so many medications? Antidepressent aside, strong doses of painkillers? Come on, what sort of dental issues do one have to require painkillers? Even when I had my 4 wisdom molar extracted in one go, I didnt even take painkillers after one day. Did she have her jaws extracted or crushed that need painkillers? Seriously, this girl has issues.
Even when Britney went a little crazy, people felt sorry for her because she acted out her frustrations/ breakdown but she didnt act as if she was in denial of her problems. Smart move to go away from the limelight for a while too.
The problem with the industry is that now "sex/ sexy/ slutty" sells more than talent. Maybe that's why all the songs in the 60s/ 70s are still the best! With the sort of parents that Lilo has, she never stood a chance. Look at what her hideous media addictive mother turned Lilo's younger sister into? Are girls that young suited to be dressed like an over dolled sl*ty barbie?
Oh well, hopefully rather than raging at all the injustice, Lilo will sober up for good and wisen up. Otherwise, no one will ever feel sorry even if she does try to do something stupid like kill herself.

Completely agree. I always thought Lindsey was a young actress with a lot of potential. I really liked her in Parent Trap, and enjoyed her performance in Mean Girls. However, it seems that she got so caught up in the Hollywood scene, she's completely out of control. She has no regards for the law and kept missing her court dates. The sentence is totally deserved. Oh, and did you see/read about her nail? She had a F*ck U written on one of her nails. So distasteful. Having said that, I still hope she cleans up her act and gets her life back on track. I love seeing cases like this, i.e. Nicole Richie.
yeah she was really cute in Parent trap! I didn even mind her in the volkswagon movie...but ever since she derailed, all we saw was her spiral downwards in utter denial. Doesnt help when her mum was still PARTYING with her! Gosh!
Yeah she has no regards to anyone or any law! I saw the nail "art", real "Classy" and shows great "maturity and repentance"...not! U are being polite to say distasteful, I call it trailer trash behavior! It's one thing to make a statement in her life, but in court facing possible jail time, she had the audacity to do this? Something is really not right in her brain and she is lacking someone seriously sensible around her, or she is just not listening to anything she doesnt want to hear.
I dunno...Nicole Richie was a spoilt brat socialite but she didnt do it at the expense of endangering other people (like highway kidnapping etc). In fact i rem she also had a DUI driving incident gg into the opp lane but she was quick to admit her mistake and response to it. I suppose lionel richie had drill better common sense to his kids than Dina did!
A lot of celeb fell off the wagon but they had self awareness to get back on track, hope she does too though ..hmmm not sure, she seem to be way too deep into the abyss of no return...as good as toxic poison now.... think she is better off being away from the Hollywood scene completely....
